I don't know why vulgar language, gross generalisations and overall primitiveness are seen as acceptable here. Most other communities have certain standards. I have an amazing family too. Thank Allah for my parents support or else I wouldn't have made it into Melbourne Uni which is considered the best university in Australia and internationally ranked. My siblings will also follow in my footsteps inshallah.

There is a very fine line between introspection/constructive criticism and self-hate. I think you've crossed that line.

Somalis came to the west in large numbers in the late 90's plus our community continues to be replenished with fresh arrivals each year. Most of us are first generation refugees. You're comparing us with people who came as immigrants in the 60's and 70's.

People like you are just as extreme and destructive as the unproductive losers who frequent this forum. You plant seeds of self-hate in our youth. You add no real value to our community. You're very self-centered and everything has to revolve around you and your f-king emotions. You don't give two shits about the community and the challenges that it faces. With people like him, it all boils down to them feeling ashamed of who they are. They add no value and are only good at finding faults. It's all about them in the end.
