Had my family in utanga early 1991 for two weeks back then it was to survive now its just a way of life utanga was closed in 1993

Thats the issue, its become a way of life, a lifestyle and it should not be encouraged, even in this anarchi situation, there are countries worse of then konfuuria, they should learn to fend for themselves, not popping 10 children living in a camp.
