All this uncertainty is going to hurt the British economy. Cameron's friends in the City won't be too amused.

EU citizens in the UK will not necessarily leave yet. Actually, many Somali EU citizens will be able to obtain residency as they have been resident in the UK for a long period of time. The likes of THO, Grumpy etc are entitled to British Citizenship for instance.
