Last year in Mogadishu I was shocked by the big black eyebrows that all the girls had. I once ran out of my brown eyebrow pen and sent someone to suuqa to get it for me, and she couldn't find it! All the girls looked horrible with the big black eyesbrows. After days of looking we found ONE shop who had brown pencils LOL

It depends. Some look good with it when they do it correctly. You just have to figure out what works for you.
