Look at what the saviors of humanity did in the name of democracy. Why is Libya worse off then it was under Gaddafi? What was the west going try Gaddafi for? Sentence him to death for developing the economy?

But An estimated 2 million people gathered at Green Square in Tripoli, Libya on July 1, 2011 in support of Muammar Gaddafi and against NATO aggression, approximately one third of the Libyan population. So we have to ask who were the West protecting?

For the rebels, a few things should have halted their treatment of Gaddafi; Geneva convention, Islamic rights of prisoners and moreover their basic humanity. There is no "he deserved it", doesn't work like that, hence these laws. They came to power under a human rights flag, is it not telling and somewhat ironic that they kill Africans and behave like a wild mob?

Granted Gaddafi was a Pan-African Muslim warrior who fought for Muslims and Africans.A brave lion of Africa whom you will never begin to understand viewing him from the western cloak.

Somalis brought life to Portland. The community in Portland is doing quite well Alhamdulillah. The locals have grown to appreciate them.

Under Gaddafi, Libya was the most prosperous nation in Africa and Libyans had the highest standard of living in the whole continent. After he was overthrown with the death of 100,000 people, Libya is in total anarchy today. Under Gaddafi, Somalis were protected, but today thousands have lost their lives in this anarchy - all due to the courtesy of your beloved, crooked-nosed Hillary.

In Syria, she campaigned for a total assault on that country. This is the same women who voted for the war in Iraq. Her husband spearheaded the crippling economic sanctions that killed 1.5 million Iraqi children.

I don't know about you Sahan, but the death of millions of Muslims does bother me.

What has happened in Lybia rests on the inability of the Lybian people to rebuild their country . Qaddafi was a megalomaniac blood thirsty fuc,ker . Let me give you an example . When the United States destroyed Germany in WW2 , the germans didn't turn on each other as to whose fault was it or how did they get there . No ! They rolled up their sleeves and rebuild their country . The fact to the matter is whether it is Iraq , Somalia , Lybia or Syria , all these countries who happen to be muslims do not have a sense of unity{ something that is a developemental process } like other people do { Japan , Korea} . It is always easier to blame your shortcomings on others but Hillary Clinton is not to be blamed for the way Lybia turned , I'm sorry to say .

Was Lybia better under Qaddafi for global security , if we forget the bombing of a Pan Am jumbo jet in Scotland, yes . Were the people of Lybia betteroff ? I don't think so or the whole Eastern part of the country would not have risen .
Was Syria better under al Assad when he ruled like a king ? yes . Were the people better off ? I don't know ask the muslim brothers who opposed his father and him .
What can a reasonable person conclude that America has to gain by making these countries less stable , countries in which terrorist groups that seek to hurt America take root subsequently ? what ? Nothing !!
What I believe is , America in a simplistic almost naive way look at the world in a struggle between good an evil . Look at Egypt , the right wingers in this country accused Obama of letting the Egyptian people settling their score with Mubarak . The United States supported the muslim brothers in the beginning , everybody was accusing Obama for being a " closeted" muslim , until the military took power when al Sisi declared that he didn't have time for "democracy experiments , while the security of his country was dissolving " .
In fact what I suspect happened is the military has always been an elite in Egypt since they deposed the king and these guys have replaced the aristocracy { money and land controlled by the generals in Egypt is big }
To make this shorter , we have reached a new era , where the man in the muslim world has a smart phone and through facebook can see the lives the people in Europe or America are leading and he wants the same thing . FREEDOM, EQUALITY and eventually prosperity .What I fear is that America after all the chaotic result of these uprising determine that nobody in the middle East is ready , that democracy is not for the muslims , when in fact it is a developmental process
