Anyway, it has been a while since I last argued with you. How can entice you into another week long debate?
Yeah it's weird, I woke up one day and noticed that when I zoned out I thought of nothing which creeped me out. Years down the line I am having the opposite issue. Human beings ehTuushi wrote:You miss it?So u know what i am talking about?
I cant really explain it.Happens when i am most relaxed/content.
Ain't got much of an opinion to be honest. Men like him and Hamza Yusuf etc cater to English speaking audiences living in the West but I have always had a problem blindly following Preachers and Scholars especially when they use Ijtihad. Studying history taught me that nothing beats primary sources and I will not be content with a Scholar's stance on matter that requires that Ijtihad until I have sought knowledge for myself otherwise I am no better than a sheep being led by a shepherd. I sometimes find that they are inconsistencies or in how they reason in matters which require Ijtihad but I keep those doubts to myself because it would be folly to criticise them whilst lacking sufficient knowledge.BVSNet wrote:Sarcasm?
