It means nothing, so don't get your nappies in a twist.

But yes the sl administration must do a little trolling, like issue an official statement condemning what they said, and reaffirming the independence of somaliland.
Even the trolling is stand diplomacy

The real reason this IGAD summit was held in Somalia is to send a unified message of the members of IGAD to showing their concerns about the EU decision in January to cut salaries of AMISON soldiers by 20%...even uganda and kenya officials sent a threat that if this decision is not rectified their mission in the AMISION they might pull out of AMISON.
