OK let's look at the facts.

Fact #1: for 26+ years you haven't been able to secure the eastern border of your fake ass country.

Fact #2: for the past 26+ years you have chosen the path of "winning hearts and minds" and diplomacy, even bribing a few fake politicians.

Fact #3: Certain factions of Harti were finally won over diplomatically a few years ago and have since supported SL. They are politically naive and have been sold the lie that SL is not a purely isaaq project.
