lol Women can be annoying as hell I don't miss being interviewed...I'm still young so I'm taking it all in and I really understand it a lot better. Sometimes they are seeing how you respond under stress. How you respond to left-field questions. How effective you are under different circumstances...I wish it was only about can you do the job or not lol
