this police will be used against its own people rather then a real enemy. the new Galmudug administration acting as real government before uniting its people by all means is becoming Doqonimo ,
Earlier this year they trained new NISA troop and the newly train NISA are making big mistakes, instead of going after AS, they start going after heavyweight armed ex Saleebaan HG burcad badeed who had road blocks near mareergur and Godinlabe, time and time again they are even fighting today.
while i was in Camaara town where the local HG saleebaan clan where fighting alshabaab near Caad town this newly NISA train came to camaara only to arrest people who been fighting against AS and keeping them safe then went back to Cadaado.
