Killing tribal Gedabursi militia that was fighting along the faqash forces and massacring isaaq civilians in Hargaysa and pillaging their homes , isn't a war crime nor its a Xasuuq. Inventing a moral equivalence to sabotage the legitimate case against your kind is an old argument .

This should have been a point of discussion during the talks between SL-Somalia.

The existing Somali clan structure nor domestic courts are not equipped with the mechanisms to remedy impunity and state and non-state sanctioned human rights violations, due to a non-existent legal culture and respect for rule of law (war crimes are still committed in Somali inhabited areas). Frankly the wanton killing and maiming of non-combatants has become accepted as a Somali reality; exacerbating long standing irreconcilable grievances amongst Somali communities.

It's illogical to expect the persecution of certain war criminals whilst according political and clan protection to accused war criminals from your group simaltaneously. The sword of justice would have to provide retribution to aggrieved communities in a equal and fair manner, ideally by an int'l body with a mandate accepted by the various stakeholders..

Don't throw random accusations, bring the evidence that substantiate your accusations on these unarmed isaaq. If not then shut your arse hole.

Its funny. all of these claims of Xasuuq committed by Isaaq on Gadabursi, Dhulos and Warsans are never substantiated. Not a shred of evidence. Yet they keep going on about them, equating them to what Isaaqs had suffered. The only group that has actually brought forth evidence of state sanctioned violence against civilians is Isaaq. That is a fact.

Others are busy photoshoping and fabricating a case against SNM, the saddest example of a 'me-too'.

Your obsession with Morgan and co is dangerous. If one of your zealots tries to kill any of them, it could start a major conflict which is in nobody's interests.

SNM did commit atrocities. They killed many civilians. I know people who actually took part in the battles and I believe their stories. I don't need to prove anything as I have no interest in convincing any of you that your heroes were not that innocent.

Unlike you people, we have learned to move on.

Again another claim zero evidence.
