I would be surprised if Dhulos and Warsans got to double dip. The dirty woqooyi will probably share the seats amongst themselves as Dhulos and Warsans got their share through Puntland.

This may sound a bit callous, but, there is a reason why the concept of 'no kursi for laangaabs', is enshrined in our constitution.

So no seat for OGs in Bakool in KG senetors. That is an injustice at the highest level.

they would get the upper house seats from somaliland reason being is , Somaliland officials in Mogadishu threatened dhulbahante iyo warsangeli, that they wouldn't give them a damn seats.

So one of the meetings where shirka madasha wadatahsiga they decided to cut ( 3 seats i believe) from - Somaliland, and added these seats instead to Puntland.

So we saw the uproar from somaliland officials were they, declared they would boycott the election, so the following meeting shirka madasha wadatahsiga they reversed the early decision they made , and gave the back the old seats to Somaliland.

I guess one of the requirement was they have to give warsangeli and Dhulbahante seats from somaliland.

as for bantu- they should't get no seats from anywhere , they are guests to the land(slavery) it's not their ancestral land, I rather give it to sheekhaal oo somali ah, then a bantu.

It does not make much sense.

Puntland is giving Dhulos and Warsans seats because of Sool and Sanaag. Why would the dirty woqooyi's also give them seats for the same regions Puntland has given them seats for? It is clearly double dipping.

A case of a peoples getting representation from two different entities (Puntland and Dirty Woqooyi) for the exact same regions? Sounds suspect.

So in a nutshell they want to eat the cake from both sides or their argument is -give us the extra seats allocated to somaliland, and will add that into to the Puntland.

Utter non sense . As far as Somaliland is concerned giving zero or a million positions to dirty waqooyi Somaliland will continue the course.
