There are no cities in Somalia/Somaliland just oversized slums. But if I had the protection, I'd definitely chill in Xamar or nearby seaside towns like Marka.

Central Sanaag......around 1200m above sea level, yearly average temperature 25 celsius, where I could tend my citus groves.
I would also like to have a beach house on the eastern Sanaag coast and a huge ranch in Xudun district insha'llah. :)
