they actually hate your iman, and seek to destroy it.

I think there are many different kinds of unseen beings. Just like so many different kinds of living things in our world. We have sincere gentle people and then those how create trouble. Then we also have wild life animals. The unseen world seems to have variety of everything and I don't how to put labels because I don't have the knowledge and things are so blurry
I don't know what to call jinn and shaytaan? I feel need to becareful. Because there many who helping and I don't want label incorrectly. They might find it offensive. The blurriness is making hard to tell what is negative and what is positive beings. Sometimes I just avoid a lot people, because it's wierd seeing the other side of them. majority seem aware of it.
The being that came to me. I remember a lot. I came in the form of family member. It is possible that the being was always with that family member, inside of them, and suddenly i could see it. I think either God wanted me to see it or there was meeting with a group of beings who wanted me to see a different world. Like a door opened. The family member is very attached to Islam. Their belief is so powerful. They are so gentle. So when I saw their other being it was doing things we can't do. Very wierd.
But everyone seems to have a being. I think it's possible to have even more then one
I am curious to what i have and what others are seeing. I think many trying explain but I don't get it. But I know I am magnetic
I going to to doctors today. I think I am in fragile state and it's making it worse. Maybe I need medication to worry less. Maybe I have ADHD. All I know I need to clear my head. you guys I have to do dua for me because I am a magnetic

I have done a due for you Simply
Here's my brief advice. From someone who has been there and done that, but came out stronger and better on the other side.
1. Read or listen to audio of the three Qul surahs (Qul audu burabi naas, qul audu birabi falaq, qal huwalahu ahad). Also read ayatal kursi. Do this when you wake up and before you go to bed. Make sure you have a Quran in your house and in you bedroom at all times. This will protect you.
2. Put surah al Baqarah and Qul Uuhiya audio on in your house quite loud. Put the Adhan on in your house from time to time. This will protect you.
3. Do wudu and pray a short prayer. Do dua after prayer. This will calm you down because it is like meditation.
4. Make sure you get lots of sleep - at least 8 hours - and do not stay awake during the night. Sleep and rest is key to maintaining your cognitive abilities and cognition. Lack of or insuffient sleep causes a large % of mental health problems. Take some time off school or work if you need to but make sure you are not alone. Surround youself with positive family and friends. People who have your best interest at heart.
5. Also eat lots of healthy food with vitamins because vitamin deficiency can cause depression and mental health problems. Also do light exercise. Whether this is walking, running or cleaning the house it will release endorphins and soothes your mood.

Lastly ask a doctor to check whether youre suffering chemical or hormonal imbalances. This could be as a result of over or underactive thyroid which causes lack of sleep, anxiety, stress etc. I've read this underlying condition again can cause mental health problems, but addressing the underlying condition should alleviate the problem.

One more thing...Don't base your state of mind, so far as you can control it, on feelings but on facts. Do not base your life decisions on your feelings and emotions, because emotions and feelings things are inherently transient, temporary and fluid. This feeling that you are describing will pass. An engaged, busy and stimulated mind has quite frankly no time or mental space to be depressed or having depressing thoughts.
Mental health problems are often not just psychological, it has physical causes. And where there are physical causes, physical and tangible things can be touched and therefore altered. The effects of this disabling disease are increased by physical things such as diet, lifestyle, personal hygiene, hormonal or chemical inbalaces and your personal or professional life.
Someone who is from mental health problems is a person who can no longer cope or deal with the challenges and problems that the person faces in life. Although depression has various causes, in most instances it can be tackled by rationally approaching and analysing the person’s life. Planning can give you the capacity to handle the various aspects of your life and control them.
Analyse the various aspects of your daily life, see where the problem lies. Get feedback from another person if need be. Plan out the various activities of your daily life, resolve the problems, change your routines and your way of doing things.

I think I did just shoot but in different way. i tried to ignore it but i think that is nonsense now. I think actually ignoring it is might be bad idea. Me hiding myself and or ignoring was completely a waste of time. Because everyone is doing life and like it is a not big deal. I was just guessing what to do. You what I don't like about my personality when I see variety of things I get have hard time choosing. For example when I was kid if the family went to the restaurants and there all these options I wouldn't
know what to choose so I just pick what my sibiling would have. As an adult when i came to education I would to do so many courses because I wanted to see and do so many things.
It's to much man
When I see so many options I either try to do to many things or I end up at stand still looking at all the options.
My spiritual journey is sort of like that
even thought I like the out put with Islam . I still can't forget the Buddhist stuff
It was interesting to see though.
I saw the lifestyle and saw what's given. It's long explanation and I don't know how . I think I try to remember more clearly later. because i need rest with this one. i think i would explain it incorrectly
I think once i study islam on a deeper level I will study all the other stuff later.
Islam has done a lot for me and I am glad this happened because I am more stable with my spiritual journey now.

One doctor gave me a label and it never really made sense to me. I know that I worry and struggle with attention.
So I know what my target will be on my next appointment
I know want something that will increase my attention and lower the worry. I can ask my doctor for it be mild level and temporary. If it helps a lot I can stay on it.
Don't worry twist I got this covered for specialists
I want magnet thing gone.
Twist do think what I am saying is possible? a lot muslim believe in that unseen world
