Is it Russia? This country has an incredible history. It's the country that defeated both Hitler and Napoleon; the country whose army marched from the Sea of Japan, the Ural Mountains in central Asia, the Artic Siberia and the baltic sea, to streets of Paris.

I think u r making your own history. Russia NEVER won against Napolean and Hitler. That nation was lucky by Gods Will. U can argue--that God was looking out for them, but u cannot say they won the war. Both Hitler and Napolean soldiers were decimated by the Russian unforgiving winter. Both Nazis and the French soldiers died of hunger and cold due to the winter than fighting on the battle ground.



PS For me--The Snobbish English are my cup of tea. Give me Wellington who defeated Napolean on the battle ground!

Russia is just surviving largely thanks to the commodity boom since 2009 (Russia has just about every commodity you can think of) and the benefits it inherited from USSR empire. Other than that, it hasn't done anything and its leaders have mismanaged all the nation's resources.
