There has never been a Darood or Hawiye card. When people are greedy they do what they wish. Hence OG's betraying Daroods in their hour of need, and Faroole handing over ONLF to the TPLF. If Daroodism and Hawiyeism where real, the civil war would have had a very very different trajectory. Marehan wouldn't be a Hawiye sub clan, and HG's wouldn't have attacked every Hawiye subclan (they even attacked Beledweyne lol).

I have a distant relative that was murdered in Kismaayo when the OG's and Haiwyes killed 200 intellectuals and odeys that there having a shir. Their families and others have moved on and do not hold grievances, as normal people that wish an end to the civil. There are hardly any parties that are truly innocent, everybody is guilty of something, even the noble Darood. It is why genuine reconciliation is necessary.

BTW Daroods do not work together even when Hawiye is attacking them, it has never happened. Only Hawiyes have ever worked together successfully to attack Darood, and that was only because their immediate goals aligned.

The only way I can see Daroods working together is if Hawiye makes moves to look Darood out of government. It's a shame since Daroods live in 3 horner countries, both of Somalia's river travel through their region of K5 and most of the livestock comes from their regions (especially the hawd). They could very easily make moves but we are too shorted and hateful.
