Federalism is good for Somalia. But we need to get rid of 4.5 and begin a system of regional representation and ultimately one person one vote system.

Guys federalism is a REALITY,it is the constitution,it will not end in 500 years from now.every president that tries to undo federalism must face death penalty.federalism is the only way to prevent total chaos like 1991.

Federalism can turn out be the best thing happened to Somalia but thats only if the current clan states and administrations can come together to design and create a Federal model that suits them.
