This right includes the right to alienate, to bequeath, and, where the right of use expires, to remove his property, transfer his title, or claim compensation for it”

In this constitution the peasants from the Highlands have more rights to the land than you. You are only allowed to grass your camels and live on the land for certain period but the Highlanders would be compensated if they transform the land into good usage meaning all their farming, construction or any establishment will be compensated but they would be moved when lease expires (99 years usually).

Land belongs to the State and belongs to all Ethiopians. There is no such thing as Cagdheer land.

Jigjiga's establishment from banks to hotels also all owned by Habesha businessmen.
