I just spoke to Daroor. There are doctors in the area from Ethiopia and the Gov has stopped people movement in order to stop further spread.
No one is allowed to travel outside their towns or villages and no one can cross over into SL.
No rains whatsoever.
Only it hit parts of Hargeisa area.
The reception is horrible.
