Did u just say "arab gene"? Abayoo Somalis are 100% East African Cushtic noble Somali. Also Somali nomads from back in the days were kinda muscular look it up on Google they looked different physically than todays somalis.

The lack of discipline is a predisposition in majority of us, any sport that we play arguments for 30 minutes before the game even begins, the same in meetings and even carried through to religious circles.

After 4 years of every football game 30 minutes wasted, It got to a point it became so intolerable, I no longer even play with them, nor attend their meetings and avoid their mosques, the worst part is trying to enforce discipline, even the most malnourished rat amongst them will want to fight you and he comes uninvited expecting to play.

I am pretty sure that's the real reason. Forget about athletics, the vast majority of the Somalis only play and are only interested in football (their second is Basketball and that's it) and having grown with them playing football (futsal, their clubs etc), they have no discipline at all, no team work and no whatsoever. All they do is argue, complain, cause troubles, fight and compete each other over who does the best tricks nonsense.

I remembered when we were losing to another team, the Somalis just gave up all of sudden and decide to showoff with their tricks and the Somali crowd were like "laaaaa" with huge smiles like what the actual fuck? That's why I stopped playing with them.

If a Somali play with a European, White or other national dominated team, he will perform far much better than his own national dominated team. I have seen this in my own eyes.

No one has natural big muscles if they don't go the gym or eat right. The so called adoons you speak of do not have super powers.
I have friends that are west african, yet some of the are skinny as fuck while others take Human growth hormone and steroids to make themselves bigger. In every race you will see a wide range of people who are medium sized/average built, skinny or fat people.

Lastly i don't believe in the myth of crappy Somali gene, Your physical size and muscular development has very little to do with genetics but rather environment and lifestyle.
