Idk to be honest. Cali xaaji would be my one choice if i had to pick non MJ but puntland is a democracy and the best part of that is that we all have our own opinions!

Well you're in luck, this upcoming Puntland election will be the first multi-party election in our history, meaning anyone with enough support from Puntlanders can become president, even Dhulbahantes & Warsangelis. The election will take place in Fall of 2018.
