Which seat is he going to concede? the MP seat or just the director of NISA? I think his parliament seat is more important for him than the NISA director because he can be fired from the NISA director in any time but the palieament seat is guaranteed for four years. As for Hawadle particularly his Jufo, they are better off if Sanbaloolshe concedes his MP seat as they would still have their MP seat with out losing the NISA director post.
