As a result of trying to remain neutral, I would expect turmoils for the SFG in coming weeks.

Are Turkey and Qatar not in the same bloc? How do You connect with one, disconnect with the other?
Same bloc kulahaa. Why is KSA not cutting ties with Turkey then?

Turkey has so much invested in Somalia that it doesn't give shit if Somalia jumps on the KSA cravan.

Cheese is faced with a conundrum; damned if he does, and damned if he doesn't. He wouldn't be president if it wasn't for the Qatari fine Cheddar Cheese.

Turkey isn't a Nation Saudi could sideline just like that. I'm 100% sure Saudi does not like Turkey's stance but Turkey is:

A) A Nato Country
B) Part of the G20
C) Is in the midst of construction work in Saudi worth hundreds of millions of dollars

Saudi Arabia CAN'T cut ties with Turkey even if they wanted to because they are a regional powerhouse. What is Somalia? Culusow didn't even get the $50 Million He was promised to cut ties with Iran, now You're advocating We get pimped out again?

I believe as previous posters have mentioned that Qatar's involvement in Somalia is for the worse not for the better but it sure as heck is better than Saudi's and UAE's. Where I do agree with You though is its not like Farmaajo even Had a choice. At the end of the day You dance with the one You came with.

What Culusoow did then and the situation he faced at the time is way different than the situation now. Culusoow had it easy with choosing a Sunni sugar daddy over Shia Iran.
Farmaajo's dilemma is similar to a kid in a family court whom the judge asked "which parent do you want to live with". Qatar is the mom in this case.

Turkey built the biggest military base overseas in Mogadishu, do you think they will pack up and leave if SFG were to side with KSA? You know the answer.

But how exactly was Saudi Arabia a "Sunni Sugar Daddy" When Culusow didn't get one penny out of the promised $50 Million? From a poiltical dollars and cents deal You really can't tell Me anything that made jumping on Saudis word so quickly the right thing to do. At least negotiate and posture for some of that pledged $50 Million even if You don't get a penny.

Funny thing is the only reason I can think of about Why I am happy He did was because Caqeeda wise there is no way on earth I will lose sleep over losing people who think Abu Bakr, Cumar, Aisha RadhiAllahu Canhum were Kuffar. However I'm sorry I don't think anything in the Somali Government now (Farmaajo, etc.) or in the past aare making decisions using things like that as consideration so there is no way I would buy that as a possible reason about Why Culusow jumped on Saudis side during that dispute.

Qatar + Turkey our real allies.

Qatar are deeply involved politically in Somalia and supported us for years.

What did the Saudis do for us that worth cutting ties with our best allies ? trying to act like a super power and issuing some politically charged bogus terror list against Qatar and expect us to play along in their sick game. disgusting!
