Arm dhulos , warsengli and gadabursi then move most of the army back to xamar.

In 1990 USC found the way to xamar wide open, the tiny forces left in the south were easily manhandled and they just walked to xamar with little opposition.

The SNM controlled majority of SL by 1989, the year when USC and SPM were created.

The reason why Afweynes regime wasn't toppled earlier was because of a lifeline called US military and economic aid.
