Basra is a weirdo in general, she is merely ignorant and careless of history and what has taken places. A new form of slavery based on the colour of ones skin was adopted and of course Africans, particularly the pagans of Western africa were targeted for mass exploitation due to this stark difference in appearance, White supremacy rose out of it mainly to keep the status quo with racial segregation after slavery etc etc. You quite right all of this is a social construct, a very cruel and brutal social construct, some even want to use bogus IQ test to justify their actions.

I don't think the Jews started the slavery huuno. That's a little too much. Jews were nobody until the advent of the 21st century. Before that, they were victims themselves. Everything is blamed on them, from black plague to unemployment in Germany. Adali, slavery existed due to lawlessness and the need for labor. Historically, slaves existed as lack of law, and humanity dark side of taking advantage of weakness in other people. Just like the Wild animal in the wild. Even today, that primitiveness exists in high school kids, bullying etc etc Shorter people are a target for bullies.
