Puntland side of sanaag looks like it has more life, then the other side,
this road will bring a lot of commerce to the area.

Ad hominem is not a substitute for argument. The brother actually raised a great points like an adult. Students have no income even if the tax is a penny. This is a horrible idea no matter how you look at. Taxing khat or cigarettes would make more sense.
