This guy propagated falsied information to supporters with the strategic aim of disrupting the elections by causing unrest and civil strife. This directly led to the loss of 5 lives.
He now wants to fly back to his family and Cushti job in the west.
You want to let him of Scott free because the supporters that died and he belong to the same party. As if we should spare him because he is upset and mourning the death of his parties supporters. He knew full well what the consequences were when he was sitting their lying through his teeth.
He should be tried for manslaughter and treason. At the very least he should pay Mag to the families of the deceased.

Why would I want him spared if he was HJ? What does it matter matter what tribe he is? Why does everything have to be about tribe with you?
He produced papers based on a lie to tell his supporters that the election was rigged and Wadani would suspend corporation with the NEC. Within a few hours kids were rioting on the streets smashing up private property. Police respond and kids die.
This is called deliberate incitement in every country in the world and is punishable by the law. Why should this be any different in a Somaliland.

To be fair I get what your saying. It's a sensitive time and your right he probably will be released in A few days so why even bother risking further problems by arresting him.
