There is no difference. The HY are being starved by their "brothers", so they can either stay marginalised and oppressed for the sake of their "walalo" and accept the jegaan hegemony or consider their options and pursue their interests.

This Jegaan alliance is not a new phenomenon it has its routes in the protectorate period.
