Somali lands I would visit

1) Xamar

Gotto see the national capital and biggest Somali city there is.

2) Garisa and surrounding including the Geeljireyaal chasing Masai—-one of the most important Somali frontier centres.

3) Jowhar

I just like Jowhar and Balcad.

4) Ceerigabo iyo Surud/Daallo

Gotto see the highest Somali peaks.


I have seen Djibouti, Hargeisa, Borama, Jigjiga, Degehbuur, Dirirdhabe and Moyale.


I think the northern/Western slice is pretty good portfolio.

Places I would like to visit:

Borama - Sounds like a nice place but its cold.

Goobweyn - Beautiful place where the Jubba River meets the Indian Ocean

Baardheere - Where my Ayeeyo is from.

I've been to Kismayo and was disappointed with the amount of trees cut down. It was greener ten years ago kmt. Kismayo can fit the whole of Koonfur.

to add to that list, I would like to visit the point end of the horn, I don't know what its called but just to be there would be cool.

If you wanna go anywhere in the north you gotta land in Hargeisa to pledge your allegiance first and get our blessing , and then you take car ride to wherever else you want to go. But landing in Hargeisa and kissing the ring is the first step to travel in the north
