I dont see any problem if the lady cooks any food, even my food, even if she mixes her blood in the food it wont have much of an impact on your health and HIV status, but i know it aint pretty.
You wont get infected by a meal cooked by an HIV+ person, and thats a fact.
I watched a documentry about Aids last night on world discovery and how its killing ppl in Zambia, it was dreadful and very depressing to say the least. An average of 5-10 patients die on a daily basis at a hospital located in a small village, immagine whats happening in big cities and big hospitals. Masaakiin!!!
Hiv positive woman wants to cook food. What do you think???

She doesnt even need to wear gloves, thre is no indication as of today that body fluids mixed in boiling soup/food or even ingesting someone's salive could cause HIV, because of the high content of the stomach's acidity which kills every forsaken virus that dares to go down there, therefore, i think its more like a stigma in Africa not to trust ppl with Hiv/Aids rather than knowledge of how the disease spreads.
