The airspace deal not being implemented is good for SL. Why on earth would you want FSG on the ground in Hargeisa controlling the Airspace of Somalia? This is totally false, my family are in Mogadishu and the city is doing so much better, this is all thanks to the government. There is always tensions and also opportunistic terrorist attack, but what do you expect this is capital city of a nation that sits on a very strategic point in the world fishing lines, there are many groups interested in maintaining the status quo, but the SFG is definitely improving the morale and security of Mogadishu.
