Isaaq faced a much more formidable foe than you and still never surrendered, same with USC. You are making excuses for the failure of your forefathers and their shameful surrender.
Isaaq faced Somali AND Shisheeye. You had the full might of the Somali state directed at choking Isaaq economically, and the full strength of the Somali military sent to Isaaq territory to defeat SNM:
You had the full capabilities of the Somali state directed towards us and Duriyada never faltered. In desperation the Somali state resorted to getting Shisheeye Rhodesian and South African mercenaries to help them defeat SNM.
You think you are the only one who received offers from Afweyne? Afweyne begged SNM and USC to meet, and requested mediation numerous times and both rejected him. It was only craven SSDF who went back to sit at his feet and beg for cash in exchange for their arms.
No lower depths of gunnimo than what SSDF did.

Exactly. You did take the amnesty and surrendered to Afweyne like craven naago having failed to achieve your objectives. And even sold your weapons for cash to the same person who killed your people, in the greatest display of gunnimo Somalis have seen.
