Also about isaaq people living in Jubaland. I remember during then 1974 dabadheer drought a lot of people from the north who lost their livestock got airlifted by Russian planes and were moved to Jubaland. Most of the people came back after the drought. However some stayed behind and enjoyed farming and free education. I think the remaining part left during the civil war. Are there isaaqs still left in Jubaland?
