It was just two weeks ago when I said the US will push for more solid talks and the reunification is inevitable. This is now the European Union agenda too.

People are going to walk out on the isolation project and chase their dreams of building stable lives, better education, healthcare, roads and that only means recognised State meaning Somali Republic.

It's all crumbling apart. All the lies.

Doqon ba tahay. If somaliland was to become recognised it would be majority isaaq, darood and gudabiirsi minority.
In Somalia it would be hawiye majority, followed by D&M with darood minority. Hawiye would not need to share a seat with anyone, it would be the only ruler. As for somaliwayn it only benefits darood also. 90% of isaaq live in SL, 90% of hawiye live in Somalia. While the majority of darood live outside of Somalia, mostly Ethiopia and Kenya. Too bad you don’t see the bigger picture.

We don’t deserve recognition as we are dumb. We could have easily got recognition if we got our hands dirty but we have been begging the outside world to no avail. When they had talks with sheikh sharif like 10 years ago we should have demanded the capital change to hargeisa and the president then just dispanded the parliament and created a dictator. Then get a sign the papers for the divorce and install a puppet in the south to take the new southern state. Like the EPLF done to ethiopia.
