The term "administration" is used to denote the executive branch in presidential systems of government. Somaliland has such a system, as do USA, South Africa, Brazil, Egypt, France etc...etc...etc.....when ever the Presidents of these countries are spoken of, they are generally referred to as an administration. For e example,
"the US Administration...",.."The French Administration...."
Or "the Trump administration.....", "....the French president's administration ...or The Macron administration..." - I am sure every one has heard commentators, reporters, analysts etc use these!

Whereas, the countries with a Prime Ministerial system of government, are generally referred to 'the government of whatever the country maybe!. Therefore, PM Abiye is right in using the term Administration, when he referred to H.E. Muuse Biixi as The President Somaliland Administration and Somalia's as the federal government. (When you hear "The US Administration...", and "the UK government..." in the same sentence, does it make you think that they're saying, The US isn't a sovereign country ?).
So, nothing PM Abiye had said makes the Republic of Somaliland any less of country than Serbia, Ethiopia, France, Egypt, The US, The Amisom Colony or any other countries!!!.
He showed great Respect and gave warmest of hospitality to President Muuse Biixi and his delegation...And should be respected for it!

Boon farmajo did not 'allow' the visit, just like he did not 'allow' the DPWorld deal, or the military base. He is disrespected by pretty much every president in the region, from Museveni to Kenyatta to now Abiy. Unless you are playing stupid you can see that no one takes him seriously.

This visit is by all accounts a win for Somaliland. After the idiotic claim of farmajo of "closing the canal", President Bixi was welcomed in Addis
in a manner befitting a President, and went on to have talks with their PM, something Farmajo and his supporters claimed would never happen. Biixi and Abiy even went on to discuss ports ( ) a subject that continues to haunt farmajo on the international stage after failing to stop both the DPWorld deal (who btw continues to operate successfully in Berbera despite being 'banned' by farmajo's parliament) and the military base (which is getting built as we speak and is almost finished despite his objections to every international organisation he could beg and head of state he meets).

You can cling on to semantics all you want, the reality on the ground is that farmajo's CanalGate only further humiliates him after he painted himself into a corner by declaring meetings between Somaliland and Ethiopia would not happen.

- First it was: Somaliland's bilateral relationship with Ethiopia is OVER.

- Then it was: Boon farmajo such Abiy off and made him promise never to invite Somaliland.

- Then it was: Well, Biixi was met by a minister and not the PM, no chance that will happen.

- And now it is: The meeting happened because cheeseboy approved it

Notice the same pattern as the DP World fiasco:

- It will never happen, because SoMaLia'S TerRiToRiAl InTeGRITY.

- Farmajo sent letters to IGAD, Arab League and the UN, the deal is DEAD.

- The Parliament of Somalia BANS DP World from operating in Berbera

And after all that humiliation they are saying the boon "approved it" to save face
