Clearly these individuals need either better training/medical evaluations or they need to be removed from the police. Corruption can not be allowed anywhere at all. Punishment should be harsh so people know there are consequences for their actions. Out of curioristy, why were they moved from Makka Al Mukarama area? Also were they killing people and robbing civilians before Farmaajo or did they just start doing that now and what caused the change? Clan wise, where do majority of them hail from?
