Stop crying Sahal. Deni and Puntland looks like the biggest winner now alongside Waare and lafta gareen. All have good relations with Farmaajo while the political losers Madoobe and Xaaf dont know or understand when their time is up.

All I know is Puntland will be getting its money directly this dawlad can continue to steal from Xamar and no where else. Were happy with this status.
