Alot of people deny it but Ahmed Gurey was also Marehan

From most of the documents I've analyzed as well as the ones you've shared. Among Hawiye, Karanle are the only ones mentioned by name in Futuh Al Habesha, but that is as far as it goes. Karanle are Murusade of today.
