high amounts of good fats. It has a chemical that reduces cholesterol, it also boosts the immune system.
I personally wouldn’t eat it because I live in the west and can get all the correct nutrients for my diet. However most of the people in Africa can’t do this. That’s why it’s vital they eat these grasshoppers especially the people in the countryside. Besides it’s better than a pure carbs diet, which most people practice back home.

Your only saying that because you realized that your Bucur Bacayr people also started eating locusts :pac: it is funny because your iidoor people were saying in Facebook comments “this is why we separated away from Somalia” after they saw Cadaado folks eating locusts and then few days later this came to the news from Burco and they changed their mind and said “well it has a lot proteins you know” lmao

Locusts have a lot protein kulaaha I am died !!!! kkkkkk so are the worms, cockroaches and houseflies but that doesn’t mean anyone should eat it :Heh:

Look at this baby. Is that the best you came up with. That some kids in Hargeysa killed a hyena and the next morning some people chopped of bits of its limbs to sell to dumb people as medication. You can clearly see the dead hyena is still there until police removed it.
If that was Gedo the hyena would’ve been gone in 2 seconds. At least you can see in my video clear evidence of boon savage hunter gatherers slaughter a hyena. Your boon tribes are known for being savages and eating hyena meat.
More boons eating their favourite food

As for the locust thing, it’s not a big deal Hawiye have eaten it, Isaaq have eaten it. Darood have eaten it. your fellow brother in Puntland are eatin it raw.
