I understand Wagardhac's motivation here. They have heard stories of the cali beesteens in America and Australia and fear a similar fate at the hands of Reer Jalaf/Cabdalle of the Sacad and Reer Muuse/Xirsi of the Saleebaan. Coming under the banner or Cayr is indeed an enticing solution when faced with extinction. Cayr are far more agreeable than their brothers.
