there could be technical extension mainly for the parliament bc when its ready they can vote for the president any time. There is an option on the table wich Farmaajo was reluctant about it until he received a call from the man behand him, Fahad Yasin. this option is about the mp getting voted by more people.

Rahanweyn surely won't accept the abolishment of the 4.5 system as it would lead to their marginalisation at the national level. I would suggest let Rahanweyn be the leader of every political party in your country Somalia in return for the 4.5 system being abolished. The positions of president and prime minister would still be handed to Hawiye and Darod even if every party was led by a RX

Let me guess, you are another Qaldaan? Forget Rahanweyn, I think only a sub clan such of them alone would outnumber your entire Qaldaan population every where.
