The guy is speaking amharic not English or Arabic , what he said has nothing to do with somalia and somaliland issue , he answered a question about Egyptian visit to somaliland , and he responded that Egypt can deal with somaliland, somalia or Sudan . He didn't say somaliland is part of this or that. You can see we are having delegation visiting Somaliland from left and right and establishing diplomatic ties with Twain, China, Kenya and Egypt. Just this week Abiya revived Ethiopian consulate in Hargeisa that he abandoned when he became Prime mister to appease Mogadishu.
