General Indhocadde should call for a promptu loya jirga of the HAGS. Upon consultation the following steps must be considered in regards to dealing with the butcher of Mogadishu, Farmaajo.

HAGS must be urged to elect as commanders USC veterans, as they have once before proven themselves best qualified to effect the liberation of Mogadishu and the ultimate dissolution of far more powerful tyranny than that of Farmaajo, Siyaad Barre's.
