Bigbreak you must be the biggest handicap isaaq. Your people were mercilessly massacred by the former regime and here you’re kissing ass as always. Anyways Puntland has 4 newly trained brigades well equipped by Emirates and they are ready for you. The only reason we don’t go to las caano or Tukaraq is because we don’t want fight our cousins ( Dhulbahante). I heard the Dhulbahante form large portions of Gorgot and haramcad and will come to destroy you in hargeisa once more. This time we will wipe out your small isaaq clan.

And yes, it do take years for a country to form institutions, establish embassies, army, construct infrastructure.
SL was also under Italian military administration, during WW2. The bottom line, SL wasn't a 'country' during those few days of June 1960; it didn't even have a president or head of state.

It had a prime minister parliament army and police in 1960 26 June
