Ethiopia will always remain an enemy for the foreseeable future but we cannot afford to open two fronts because we are currently facing a bigger more imminent threat in Kenya. As long as Ethiopia and Kenya remain in AMISOM we shall remain charting a precarious course of a diplomatic dance to nowhere.

That last sentence was quite chilling, our arch nemesis rivals are tasked with guarding our own government, more proof the world does not care for us one bit.

Its the blatant truth sxb as long as these two have troops stationed on our land we are nothing short of expendable on the world stage

There was no vote per say, at least not a binding one from either Kenya or rest of the Security Council.

At the behest of Biden, who spoke with Kenyatta last month, and Blinken, who spoke with Kenya's Foreign Affairs Cabinet Secretary Raychelle Omamo this month, were both urging Kenya to take a leading role in regional security and an end to alleged atrocities reported in Tigray.

As for your 'game changer' prediction in the Horn, I agree there would be one forthcoming in the next few decades or less. Though I would put my bet (if i were a betting man) in the opposite direction. The economic, military and political disintegration of Ethiopia is more likely than a wishful prediction of Horn integration.

Ethiopia is indivisible and it's likely she'll pursue EU style integration with Eritrea and/or Djibouti
