You can't normalize relations with people that want to see all Somalis pushed out from the awash river, they believe it's their land and will do whatever it takes to achieve this goal, that is Afar expansion at the expense of Cisse.

The Afar are going to take control of Djibouti. The regions of conflict in Ethiopia between Afar-Ise are Gadamaytu, Undufho & Adeytu, you don't have to be a linguist to recognize that none of these places have Somali names. These towns are of particular importance to Ise because it happens to be the main route for contraband transportation between Addis Ababa and Djibouti. Now that the Afar took it back, soon the Afars in Djibouti will be able to defend themselves by having complete control over the traffic within their own regions in Ethiopia & Djibouti. Most importantly, TPLF will no longer receive illegally smuggled goods through this route.

Ise are now attempting to retaliate by attacking Afar civilians with the help of djibouti police, djibouti military and the djibouti secret service. Many ethiopian Ise were brought into djibouti to attack the Afar in Djibouti. With the help of djibouti police *dressed as civilians*, Ise have shot and killed many afars in several neighbourhoods in Djibouti. They are going around targeting Afar people and burning their homes.

The US has been aware of the violence and immediately summoned IOG, after a lengthy meeting, he immediately sent security forces to the neighbourhoods where violence occurred: Arhiba, PK12 and Warabalé.

The Djibouti secret service has began calling on all Ise's including diaspora in Europe/North America to spread fake news within social media.
