Hassan Sheikh was the one who sued Kenya and the two countries enjoyed friendly relations even uhuru visited Mogadishu because he respected that government more and now they gone back to 2015 cooperation that is what Rooble is doing. uhuru can suggest what he wants but Rooble will be like Hassan Sheikh.
