Mooge united HG thinking he can control them through ex warlord and gave them a prime minister who pulled the rug out from under him and freed Galmudug from him. now QoorQoor enjoys relative independence that why he silenced the parliament speaker from the Al-Sheikh Group who wanted to pick their Sheikh Ceyte who is mooge sympathizer and picked instead Dhagdheere the Simsaar behind Kheyre candidacy back when he was a pm. Mooges policy towards Galmudug and HG was very naive when it comes to his own interests and dont forget he was at war with them until his last months
