Rooble was named by farmaajo. Rooble was given the reigns of the election by farmaajo on april 2021, 2 months after february 2021. if the presidential decree in april to hand over the election to rooble is valid. then the presidential powers is still valid to this day.

First you say Rooble has taken over the security apparatus of the nation/capital, meaning he is the shot-caller when it comes to the security forces and commanders, YET the responsibility for the actions of the security apparatus that come under Rooble's command will not be blamed on Rooble, but rather Farmaajo will take the blame.

Furthermore, you say that Farmaajo has "tribal militias," are you now saying that Rooble doesn't have the balls to bring these so-called "tribal militias" you mentioned under his command? You're all over the place with your ludicrous, qabyaalad-driven inconsistency and fallacies.
