Lower Shabelle was historically called Digil and Daami (Daami gorgaarte hawiye) secondly it was part of the greater Banaadir. Hawiye owns the majority of farms and dominate the business in the gobol. Hawiye SNA also liberated the region from shabab.

So, it's only a few/several towns that have been liberated, not even 25% of the region? You conveniently omitted to give Amisom & Western airstrikes/drones some credit for helping the SNA, without which it wouldn't have been possible to dislodge shabab from those towns. I haven't found a source backing up your 90% figure, so I can only surmise it's a figure you're wishing for.
